ASME Code Shop
Our standard pressure vessel capabilities range from, but are not limited to, 4”- 96” diameters and 10 – 6000 PSI, and thicknesses ranging from ¼” – 2”. Our fabrication material capabilities include carbon steels, stainless steels, and alloy materials. We utilize SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW, and also submerged arc welding processes. The “R” certification allows us to provide repairs and alterations to pressure vessels & pressure retaining items fabricated to ASME specifications and other specifications as well. With in-house design & fabrication, a comprehensive Quality Control Program, talented & experienced staff, and some of the best welding equipment available, we provide pressure vessel services that customers can count on. From vertical scrubbers, horizontal separators, tube exchangers that meet ASME & TEMA specifications, filter vessels, compressor and pump package pressure vessels, we can meet your needs. All pressure vessels fabricated by us are registered with The National Board. Power Service, Inc., can also meet all of your process piping needs. We can design and fabricate process piping to meet the specifications of ASME B31.3, B31.4, & B31.8. All of our fabricated pressure vessels and process piping can be provided as standalone components or in packaged units. Our design team uses the latest version of Codeware Compress software, used for calculating ASME code vessels and fabrication guidelines.
